Is it normally for my tongue ring to bleed when im sleeping?

i got my tongue periced 3 days ago and itsnt really swollen and it doesnt really hurt at all but for the last 2 nites its been bleeding when i sleep i was thinking maybe i force my teeth together while i sleep or something but the 1st nite it was a little bit of blood but this morning when i woke up there was like a blood clot around the top i cleaned it with peroxide and after that it was fine nomore bleeding so i really dont think its infected because it doesnt hurt at all but i just wanted a second opinion to be sure because u really cant be to careful about these things
