I had an abortion on 9/6/07 and was supposed to on my period last week and totally miss my period. Is it possible to pregnanet again so soon?

Yes, it is. I have had it happen twice. Your cervix is still somewhat dilated from the procedure, so getting pregnant can happen easily. Never even had a period in between.

you are very fertile after an abortion. however, it can take four to eight weeks for a period to return after. so, it doesn't always mean that you are pregnant again. but, yes it can happen.
