I am not trying to lose weight, because there was a prog on the telly saying losing weight during pregnancy is bad for you, but I am 5 weeks pregnant and concerned about the weight loss, loads of freinds and family are commenting on this, so it must be really noticeable, just wondered if it was possible, and should i say something to the doc?

I have had 3 kids before and never really noticed if I lost weight during any of my other pregnancies.
