Is it safe to take 1 tablet Cyclobenzaprine 10 MG every bed time?

I like to be fit so I run every day. Recently, probably because of over training, I feel pain in the muscles (cramps), especially in the leg muscles. I take more time to warm up because of this. Friend recommended me to take cyclobenzaprine. Is it safe to take 1 tablet cyclobenzaprine 10 mg every bed time?

Cyclobenzaprine will lessen the pain in your muscles. It will also prevent cramps occurring. It does that by affecting some brain centers; recommended dosage is three times a day, 10 mg each time. This means that perhaps one tablet will not be effective, but wait and see before increasing the dosage.
