Hi, I can notice some changes on small, white lumps on my testicles. According to what I’ve read on internet, it could be acne, cysts or folicullitis?

Hi, had some strange small, cysts on testicles after having unprotected oral sex. I even had bumps on my upper lip. After test for Herpes came out negative and the docs said that they don’t look like. So, he suspected it may be Folliculitis. He gave me some ointment to treat this infected testicle and it got better. But, apart from I noticed abdominal pain which at times occurs in my right testicle. I had to analyze urine and blood, but everything was fine. So, they proposed to undergo CT scan for kidney stones, appendicitis. But, after some time the pain stopped by itself, gone suddenly.
