Is it true that honey will help reduce allergy symptoms?

Hello! My daughter is seen years old and she has allergy. Many things can cause this problem, but mostly pollen. She sometimes has really serious suffocations. I have heard somewhere that honey help with reducing allergy symptoms. Is this true? I hope you will help me with this! Thank you in advance!

Hello! Claim that honey help with reducing allergy symptoms is not true. Honey even can get worse allergy condition. As you know honey is made from pollen and you have said that your daughter is allergic on pollen. Many people with allergy problem are allergic on honey, too. Be very cautious with this fact.
