Is joints swelling a side effect of a heart attack?

My mother had a heart attack two months ago. She recovered well and she was ok but recently her joints started to swell. Now we don’t know why that is happening. Is this connected with a heart attack? Does anybody know is joints swelling a side effect of a heart attack?

A heart attack may damage your heart so hard that that the remaining heart muscle can't do an adequate job of pumping blood out of your heart. That causes Heart failure. Then blood hardly flow to tissues and organs throughout your body and may produce swelling in your ankles and feet.
