Hello, my daughter is 6 years old and not one tooth started growing out! I am so concerned, she has already lost all of her baby teeth and she is starting school soon. I can't remember if I had problem like that, although I do have teeth easily affected by caries. Is late teething hereditary?
Well, I am not sure if there is any reason for concern at the moment. Although, as far as I know, she should have at least couple of teeth. So, I guess you will have to take her to see a dentist, to determine the condition of her gums and the possibility of some disorder that is preventing her teeth from growing; it really might be something hereditary.
