Is my endocrine system in collaboration to make me sick?

I am a 40 yr old female and have been recently diagnosed with a left adrenal adenoma, in addition to uterine fibroids and ovarian cyst. I am currently experiencing heart palpitations, panic/anxiety, and irritability. Could these 3 problems be collaborating to cause the above symptims and what can be done to alleviate them. Until recently I had regular menstrual cycle. Could I be experiencing these as part of perimenopause? And would a herbal remedy help?
