Is nitrogen mustard chemotherapy drug?

My mother has cancer of the lungs. She has been a cigarette smoker for many years. Now her cancer is rapidly spreading. Doctors are trying to stop spreading and she is going to chemotherapy. She says that she is taking some vaccines called nitrogen mustard. Is it chemotherapy drug or something else?

It works by damaging the RNA or DNA that tells the cell how to copy or divide itself. Cell, that is unable to divide, die. In that way it prevents tumor from spreading.
