Is partial hearing loss common disorder?

Hello! My friend has partial hearing loss. She has some troubles because of this, but I can see how this situation is difficult for her. So, I want to know something more about her disease because I want to help her. For beginning I want to know if partial hearing loss is common disorder or not. I hope you will tell me something about this….

Hello! This is very difficult for your friend. I am telling you this because in some occasions she can hear well, and in some other occasions she cannot hear well, even understand a conversationalist. This is pretty common disorder and you must be full of understand for her. Advice her to tell all conversationalists in any occasion about her problem, because that can prevent possible miss understands.
