I have given myself two years to lose the weight and tone as much as I can. I ma helpless there is not much improvement. I am considering liposuction but after seeing it done on TV I don't think I could actually go through with it. Is plastic surgery the only way to lose the post-baby sag?
Even after my first child, I never thought I'd want to get plastic surgery. I have no desire to look like "hot", But I have to admit, that since I've had my babies, there are some aspects of my body that I'm not thrilled about. I gained 30 pounds with my first and 27 with my second child and both kids were above 8 pounds. Since I've lost the majority of my baby weight, I've found myself with sagging belly skin and the boobs.
I was always petite and lean. But after 2 kids I no longer had same body shapes even though I do vigorousworkout 3 times a week. No matter how many ab exercises I do my burge and loose skin won't go away. Finally I have decided to go under the knife. Sure I know it will hurt in more than one ways (just ask my husband who will be paying for it) but at least I don't have to live with that extra burge for the rest of my life. Wish me luck!
