Is rash associated with runny nose and fever?

This evening my son got fever. He also have runny nose. I thought that it’s some infection. But then I noticed rush on his body. He is five years old. What it can be? I gave him Ibuprofen for the fever. Is rash associated with runny nose and fever? Maybe it’s some allergic reaction?

I think it isn’t allergic reaction. The fever is not so common for it. For me it looks like some bacterial infection. Some bacteria can infect the skin. That rash usually is itchy. Try to don’t let him to scratch himself. But, of course, you should consult with your doctor.
