If the read the box, it will say that the EARLIEST it can pick up a preganncy is about 4-5 days before a missed period. It CAN pick up a pregnancy this early, about 70% of women will get a positive that early.

ANY pregnancy test is MOST accurate the day you miss a period, but this oen can pick up the least amount of hormone.
