Is the efficacy of tropisetron better than that of a high-dose metoclopramide cocktail?

I have been treated with citostatics and I feel very sick because of it. This is my third treatment and I am not handling this situation well. I would not like to complain, but nausea and vomiting and generally feeling sick, that is all killing me. Therapy itself, I tae it hard. I have started then with tropisetron, but I would like to know id the efficacy of tropisetron better than that of a high dose metoclopramide cocktail?

Tropisetron, as other drugs from that group, very successfully deals with disorders occurring because of citostatics and radiotherapy. It prevents vomiting in 50 to 70 of treated patients. It has less negative side effects than metoclopramide. Metoclopramide is better with dealing worth vomiting that happens because of citostatics therapy. These two could be combined in order to make a much better effect.
