I have been having menopause problems for the past several months (51 years old). It has started relatively benign, but I have to deal with severe headaches and depression now. I am not even sure when the sudden change happened but I cannot get rid of fears, crying, emotional distress... Is there a cure for moodiness?
I think that you should be making a visit to a doctor. Symptoms you are mentioning are not uncommon for menopause, but have to be dealt with, in order for you to feel better, and it will also bring relief to your family. And it should be only for a period of time menopause lasts. I hope that you will get through this situation as painless as possible. Good luck!
