| Hello, I am 34 years old and I have been having problems with pollen allergies for several months now. Honestly, I am not even sure how I got it; I thought it's something you get as a child, not later. Anyway, Is there a good way to reduce symptoms of pollen allergies? Do you have any experience with this problem? |

| My daughter is 15 years old and she suffers from pollen allergies. Unfortunately, there is no major prevention for this condition, except for few basic rules. One would be to change the environment you're living in, if there are plants that cause you problems. Still, this is not a permanent solution, especially because you might develop allergy to pollen from some other plants. You could also avoid getting out in the morning, pollen concentration is strongest then. |
