Is there a lighter side of menopause

Hello, I am 54 years old and right in the middle of my menopause period. At least I hope that I've gotten to the middle of it... Anyway, I would jus like to know if there is a lighter side of menopause. I mean, I just cannot deal with these mood changes anymore. There are physical problems too, but those are nothing compared to mental issues I'm dealing with.

If you are having such big problems with your menopause, then it would be a wise thing to talk to your doctor and determine what the strongest symptoms are and then deal with those. I know that my mother had similar problems and when she started with the therapy, symptoms subdued significantly.
