Is there a particular reason I'm over-producing insulin?

I didn’t know anything about hyperinsulinemia until I didn’t get it. My doctor prescribed me natural supplements to strengthen my endocrine system. I have to lose weight. Maybe I need to say that I’m not diabetic but I have problem with my obesity. Does anybody know Is there a particular reason I'm over-producing insulin? Thanks!

Well, people with diabetes usually suffer of hyperinsulinemia. But people who are not diabetics can also have it. Sometimes lack of activity and high blood pressure can causes over-producing insulin. I’m sorry because I need to say this but maybe the main problem is your obesity. I hope you will be better soon!
