I was masturbating the other day...and it fell like i had to pee then a clear liquid came out...i was wondering if this was urine or cum because i read on a website that cum can be clear.

Semen can be anything from clear to completely white and sometimes shades of light yellow. Ejaculation does not feel like urinating to me. They feel like distinctly different functions and when I'm erect enough to ejaculate, I cannot urinate.
