Is there a way to forget about sexual pleasures? AKA masburation. I'm trying to stop, but I can't seem to. I'm just wondering if there was a way to forget about it.

Meditate, calm, clear, center yourself... Empty your mind, practice this as much as you can, don't think... Let things come to you.... Deep breaths, and sit still alone... It can happen with time, or effort! Don't let your body control you, let your own spirit control yourself..
