Is there advantage of holistic therapies?

Hello! I am Susan and I am middle age woman. I want to ask you do you know something more about advantage of holistic therapies. I do not know if holistic therapies are good for me ad if they can help me. I have demanding job and I am under stress. So, my friend told me to try with holistic therapies.

Hello! Well, if you start with holistic therapies you will decrease level of stress for sure. This is one of the main advantages of holistic therapies. I am sure that you will find that massage and aromatherapy are really relaxing. I think that you should try with these treatments and see if there is any improvement in your condition.
