Is there any alternative medicine for glaucoma?

Hello, I am 47 years old and I have been having some eye sight problem. I thought it was nothing more than short sight issue, but doctor said it is glaucoma in its early stage. Since it is not yet serious, I have been wondering about alternative medicine for this condition. Is there any?

You have to realize that glaucoma is a very severe condition and it has to be treated accordingly. There is no solid proof about some alternative way of dealing with this illness. Although, there are some cases that improved with the help of acupuncture. Also, some say that marijuana might help in this situation.
