Is there difference between kundalini yoga and chakra yoga?

Hello, folks. I am thinking of beginning with yoga lessons. It seems very tempting to me and I would like definitely to try it. However, I can’t make up my mind between two methods. I would like to ask whether there is a difference between kundalini yoga and chakra yoga. Thanks for all your replies. Bye!

Hello to you too. Chakra represents intersected nadis. Nadis are energetic pathways. Life energy travels through body by these nadis. As far as I know, Kundalini Yoga concentrates on these chakras in order to generate spiritual power. This power is referred as Kundalini energy. I wouldn’t say that there is a difference between Kundalini yoga and chakra yoga. However, perhaps someone else has more info. I hope I’ve helped. Bye!
