Hello,
I have twitching eye for more than a half a year. I am only 22 and no one in my family has that sort of problem. I read somewhere this could be a turretts syndrome. Could this really be?

This problem of yours is not a turretts syndrome. You say no one in your family has this problem and turretts syndrome is hereditary. So, this is one reason why this isn’t turretts syndrome. Besides twitching eye is a very common body reaction to stress or “tired eyes”. I also think that turretts syndrome appears before the age of 18, so I guess you are not the case for turretts syndrome. I think your twitching eye is connected to stress in school or at home or sth and don’t think this is turretts syndrome, so do not worry….
