Please tell me is this an eating disorder? I eat more then a normal amount of food on a daily basis. The thing is I hide from others. I close the door from kitchen when I eat. I wasn’t even aware of that until my brother asked me why I have to hide from him when I eat. I am 18 years old, is this normal for my age?
I believe what you do; actions that you described are exactly like the actions of a person with an eating disorder. I think you should talk with someone why you are you doing this. Think what could be the source of such behavior. Don’t panic, it is good that you are aware and that you can ask for help. Take care.
