Is this appendicitis or my IBS acting up?

Hello! I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and I do not know now have I problems with it or with appendicitis. Namely, I have started to feel nausea and I have pain at the right side of abdomen. Temperature is not increased and I have diarrhea. Can you help me with this? Should I start to panic? Thanks!

Hello! Well, if I were you, I would visit doctor for any case. I think that probably your Irritable Bowel Syndrome acting up, but with these things you never can be 100% sure, so, it is needed to check with skilled person what case is. After blood and urine tests, you will know what cause is.
