I'm 42 and 3-weeks ago I had my annual. Dr said everything is in perfect health, no problems. I have always been regular - never off by more than 1-3 days on the start time. My period did not start 8 days ago and I am NOT pregnant. My breasts are very sore and swollen (which has never been a period sign) I feel bloated and ready to have a period - but nothing. I see the clear discharge which is normal - but no period. Can you just miss a month for no reason? Can stress cause this? Or is it menapuase? I am not tired, sad, no hot flashes, no mood swings - just no period.

Dear Guest.....did you ever find an answer to your question??? I am 46 years old and going through the same exact thing. I also have a very regular period, 28 days exactly. I haven't had mine in over a month. I've taken a couple of pregnancy tests, but they have come back negative. Just wondering how you have made out so far....
