It has been three days since my visit to the beach. My legs were not protected from the sun and i developed a severe sunburn. By evening, my legs and feet were swelling. I am on my feet for work most of the time and after only 4 hours my feet, calves and knees are so swollen and painful its almost unbareable. I tried elevating and cold compresses, even ice packs. The swelling doesn't go down much and comes right back when I stand up again. From day one, I developed red bumps, white spots on my kness(the size of a quarter), chills, and pain walking, moving, etc. Is this sun poisoning? What is this and what can I do? I am afaraid to go to the doctor because I have no Medical Insurance. Help?
