Hi, I would like to discus something weird with you. My sister is washing her hands too often. We are not talking few times or even ten times more then regular number. It was like that in the beginning. Now it comes to the number of almost hundred a day! Whe I ask her what she is doing and is she aware of number of washing a day, she just says that its all about being clean!

Well, we can say with certainty that she is suffering from OCD obsessive compulsive disorder. She is aware of what she does but she just cannot help it she just has to do it. Your mission now is to explain her the situation and to make her go to a doctor. There, the diagnose will be confirmed and she will receive proper treatment, both medications and therapy, I assume. Even though OCD is a serious condition, it can be fought with. Help her.
