Hello, I have problem with menstruation - it stopped. First problem I think mattered is some stressful situation I had several moths ago when I missed a period. After that everything was ok until now. So, I went for a MRI and it seems that my pituitary gland was thickening. What could this be?
Thickened gland could mean there has been tissue hyperplasia. And gland affected by that condition might be the reason for your menstruation problems. It has to be determined what is the exact cause of that thickening, and when that problem is solved, periods should return to normal. I hope you will resolve this situation soon.
