| I wish I had some smaller problem to talk about, but I don't. I am 40 years old and I am so afraid for my future, what will happen to me, my work, will I have enough money for everything? First, these thoughts occupied me periodically, but now it is a full time job. I tried with therapies without much effect, but I am not giving up. I will see the end of this. |

| I do admire you for your determination; it is rare to see that someone suffering from anxiety has a strong will to deal with its problems. As for therapies, you should continue a bit more, maybe try new, different one, before switching to meds. Medications are helpful, but if there is no need for those, don't take them. |
