Itchiness with Smell...

Hi,
Just recently I have noticed in the last two to three weeks that I have itchiness and an urge to scratch in the area between anus and testicles (just under the anus). I scratched it away thinking that it is a once of normal thing but then it started getting sore so much after a few days that after finishing off from toilet, when I had to use the toilet paper it would be very painful around the mentioned area to clean. Also if I touched the area with finger it would be damp and the smell coming off from there would be horrible. I tried for a few days to clean the area properly but with no joy but now it hurts me even when I am sitting down. I only had one sex partner for the last one year but with my ex girlfriend with who I was for 6 months, I remember her having a very bad smell around her genitals. I'm just afraid that I don't have any STI and even if I do I hope that it's not serious. At this stage I'm really worried.

Please Help.

1 suggestion = genital warts, scan the whole of your foreskin inside and out taking notice of little lumps and bumps

Hi,
I hope that it's not that but just to elaborate a bit more that whenever I touch the are it is very soft, smooth and wet but not too wet and it's not rough and bumpy at all. I started cleaning it specifically while taking shower just to make sure and the itchiness has gone down for the last couple of days but the smell is still there and the feeling of pain if I sit down is still there although the pain is not excruciating or unbearable but it's the sort of pain that you get if you get if you scratch any part of your body too much and make it sore.
