Itching Anal with bad smell bowl movement

IT is just since two months. Initially I thought it was a pin worm. but even the double doze could not help it. One of my friend advise me to drink too much water because it could be the result of long dehydration. And if I dring to much water, the itching reduce but do not dissappear. It is bad on night. The bowl movement is comparatively loose and give bad smell. And the color is aslo mixing.

Now I experiance some yellowish liqids appearing in the night in the rectal area. There is no blood at all.

Can some one help...??
