Itching, burning and swollen private area

About two weeks ago i had unprotected sex, but 5 days after i started feeling some itching and burning on the lavia. I thought that may be I was just allergic to a new soap I had used to wash my clothes, but it's been 5 days now and istead of going away it gets worst. My private does not only burns and itches more, but it gets swollen and it's really irritated. Have i been infected with a sexual disease?

Sounds like yeast infection that actually could occur due to harsh soaps, but you better see a gyn for a proper diagnose.
