Itchy,Burning,swelling,over redness,and red discharge

Hi im 20 years old and for the past year ill get Itchy burning and creamy discharge, id usuly just use vagisil and it go away after a week, id get them 1 or 2 a month. but ive been getting creamy discharge ALOT now. i have to change panties 2 times a day.
and this past week ive been. Itycy, Burning so painfull it makes me tear to pee or to put on the cream. ive also turned a raw red and swelling for the vaginal area lips, clut, the skin area around the vagina.
i also been having lower adomible (sp >.<) dul pain and dul back pain. as well as a brown-red discharge. its almost like my vulva is bleeding. when i whipe i get a big pool of it. any ideas. im a military dependent and cant get to a docter for 2 weeks. and its driving me crazy, and realy sick. Confused

The red discharge is coming from my lips i did a test and put a tampon in and waitied 4 hours whiped down my Vulva before pulling it out and it was clean. Yest infection???? >.<
im not pregnat.

Well, it could be yeast, it could be bactarial vaginosis, or even some other kind of an STD like Chlamydia. The symptoms sound too severe to be dealing with them any longer.

I don't know what to tell you if you can't see a doctor. Why not try with the private one to get a diagnosis?
