My skin is always so itchy. I dont know why...or what to do. Its itchy itchy itchy. And I normally eat healthy, and no matter how healthy I eat its still itchy. Mainly my legs. In fact, almost entirely my legs. I also put lotion on it twice a day. So that crosses out toxins and dryness. What else is there?

You might want to go and see a dermatoligist. I had a similiar condition and they were able to cure my itchy skin.
