Itchy Pimples on Legs

Hi. I am 30 years old. Some itchy pimples appeared on my legs and I don`t know what to do. I have changed my body lotion, but I use only products for sensitive skin. I think my itchy pimples could be eczema? Does anybody know anything about eczema?

Hi. I have eczema. It`s a skin rash, an inflammation of the upper layer of the skin. I have these bumps all over my arms, face and legs. They are itchy and red. The cause of my eczema was allergic reaction. Anyway, some other possible causes of itchy pimples on skin are warts, cysts, verruca, papilloma, ganglion, spider nevi, vascular malformation, strawberry nevi, skin tumor, lymphoma etc.
