I have had an Itchy Scrotum for over 3 years now
I have consulted doctors and used Surfaz-SN several times, but the itch stops for sometime and comes back when the cream gets finished.
Kindly prescribe a more effective drug for me.
NB: the itch is not continuous, but comes on and off in a day.
sometimes the scrotum becomes shiny

You might try using something as simple as baby diaper rash cream.
It's alot cheaper than jock itch medication, and does the same trick.
I'd also suggest that you thoroughly wash all your shorts with a weak cholorine bleach to kill any lingering mildew or fungus that might be living there. PS: Clean all your sheets and towels at the same time.
Look for some other source of the itch that is continuing to be passed back and forth.
