Itchy & Swelling Scrotum/Groin - Help!

I have been experiencing itchy/swelling groin/scrotum problem in the past week.

It all started with my groin area on the right side being all itchy for a few days, then i noticed that my scrotum swelled up. However, when I would wash it with a wet warm towel, the swelling would go down.. and when I'd sleep the swelling would go down..

However, if i'd walk around it would swell up again.

What could it be?
