Itchy and my stomach has been mildly upset after anal

I recieved unprotected anal twice from my boyfriend two nights ago. The following day right up through today I became slightly itchy right around the hole and my stomach has been mildly upset. We've been doing it from time to time for months and I've been tested for STDs at various points in our 6 month relationship so I'm confident it doesn't have to do with that. I'm thinking it might be because I haven't recieved it in a week or two, but i'm still a little worried. Do you think it sounds normal? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

i am not an expert or anything but when you have anal you are shoving what ever feces you have in you back into your stomach and intestines so it might be just be your stomach trying to clean you out of course if you get a enema before anal it could just be iratation from having a foreign object where there usually is nothing
