Itchy burning sores on vulva and frequent UTIs

I recently started noticing red little lumps on the outside of my vulva. They're itchy, sore and kind of burn. In the last few months I've had a few UTIs with no real cause that I can determine. I've never had sex, but I have had oral sex a couple times. My boyfriend is clean though and he is my only sexual partner. I also noticed that I no longer have any pleasurable feeling in my vagina or clitoris. I am taking antidepressants now and have assumed that is why I don't feel any sexual pleasure any more. But is there any link between the other symptoms?

i would go to the doctor, could be from shaving or a yeast infection. try some cream.
