My scrotum has small bumps at what seems to be a majority of the small hairs on my scrotum. Some of the bumps mainly at the sides of my scrotum and under it are white and somewhat larger and two are rather large like the size of average pimples on the face it seems to be comparable to acne. My scrotum is also very itchy sometimes it seems to itch more than other times the underside and sides mainly itch.
it may well be a fungus. They are fantastically common in this area of the body, particularly in the warm months of the year. But athlete's foot powder isn't much of a treatment for fungus infections of the pubic area.
