Itchy testicles

Please help. My problems started 3 months ago. One time, after I had a sex with my girlfriend, I felt pain on frenulum-skin of my penis on witch I didn’t paid too much attention. But, after few days ‘till now my testicles are constantly itchy. I try hard not to scratch them because of sensitive and delicate skin on them but sometimes I can’t help my self and then they become red and swollen. I didn’t see any doctor because I thought it would pass away by it self. Use of some oil-based cremes helps a bit, but the problem still exists. Unfortunately, this has really devastated my sex life. I’ don’t know what to do?!

It looks to me that you’re dealing with typical bacterial infection. Irritation or injury of your penis frenulum could be open door for bacteria and the cause of your itchy testicles. I would suggest you to use some steroid cremes to depress your immune response but the only real solution is seeking for medical help. When you do the bacterial culture tests you will know for sure what is the real etiology of your problem. Some much more serious diseases like orchitis, scabies or herpes could also manifest with similar symptoms so-
don’t hesitate a moment to seek for help because, waiting could only make situation worse.
