These are around 15-20 on the lower part of my scrotum for the last 10 yrs. These are different in sizes, some are small and some large. Itching starts mostly when i take off my trousers and i go to bed. Some times Itching becomes a big problem during my work at day time. These have white puss in them. These do not burst simply by squeezing. What is this disease ? What is called these type of pimples? How can it be cured? My doctor told me that these can be cured only by surgical removal. Is there any other way to get rid of them.
