Its been 11 days, no period, Should i be worried?

I'm 22 years old, I've been getting my period on a regular basis for 11 years now, but this month--nothing. I was due to get it between february 3rd-7th..its been 11 days now. I got off the pill 9 months ago..and all this time i haven't gotten pregnant. And now i miss my period but have had 2 negative pregnancy tests. Could there be something wrong with me? Or is pregnancy still a possibility?
