| I'm on the James Zeta diet now, and it has worked for me, you have to follow the diet and be strict with yourself, i'm doing the diet for another 4 days so i can reach my own personal goal, i can see results in the four days i have completed. It is really good, you have to follow it correctly!!! You really should try it, it is good and it does work!!! |

| Does someone want to be really nice and send me the diet? I am having problems getting a refund from someone else. I don't want to have to do it again if this diet doesn't really work. |
