I followed to the letter, and lost 12ibs in 4 days!!
I only used it to kick start my calorie controlled diet im on now, obviously if you go back to eating like you was before its gonna go straight back on.
But come on people you only have to look at the diet to you will lose weight, maybe not 18ib but even half that is a great success!
if you followed the diet properly and didnt lose anything then go see a doctor coz there is something very wrong with you  |

It is not worth $27 or even $0.01, but that still doesn't give anyone a right to abuse copyright unfortunately, as you are also trying to do.
It is more selfish to ask for something for free from someone who has no right morally or legally to give it IMHO. |

| I payed my $27.00 for this and never heard back from this guy. I think this whole thing is a big scam. If anyone knows anything about this or if they have tried it or knows anything at all about it - please email me! If you have paid for this and have the program and are willing to share it, please email to me....PLEASE. I'm wondering if he has jipped everyone or just me??? |

I also paid $27 for this program and didn't have any success. I emailed him requesting a refund and he told me in order to receive a refund I needed to provide him with a scanned copy of my grocery bill and a fowarded copy of my paypal receipt. Who in the hell keeps their grocery bills. I don't. If I knew I needed to save it just in case I would have. His guarantee does not state that this is the only way to get your money back if you are dissatisfied. Not even in super small print. He sucks so bad. I even told him I was going to talk to someone in my local legal aid office because now it has become a matter of principle.  |

i would like to try the james zeta diet. who ever has the diet should post it on the forum since he obviously has tried to screw over honest people who weren't satisfied with his product! |

this was a very good diet.. i lost weight even tho i cheated a little ( my daughter made me sushi.. and James answered my every email very nicely..
some tips : always prepare your food before you are ravenous else you'll just grab what you see
:always arrange your plate as beautifully as you can before you start eating and enjoy your food slowly.. you WILL be satisfied
:leave the kitchen straight after and entertain yourself otherwise.. before you know it 4 days are done!
i found this diet easy to keep during the weekdays when im busy and not entertaining else i would feel deprived..
be satisfied with losing only 10 / 15lbs whatever.. for 27$ where else could you get such a deal?
dont worry be happy now.. |
