I have read all the messages and it seems that it works for some people and not for others and I really dont want to use my credit card for it not to work so if anyone would be kind enough to send me the diet or to send me a link to where I can get the diet for free then I would be so grateful you could e-mail me at ***** or post it on a forum or something that would be great thanks

| I have done weight loss counseling for 23 years. James Zeta's diet works great as a jumpstart or cleansing diet, but I have never lost 18 pounds in 4 days. I have lost 7 pounds, 13 pounds and 8 pounds the 3 times I did it. Most people are probably NOT following the diet to a T. And, there are no quick fixes. If you have a significant amount of weight to lose, you need to continue eating healthy and exercising enough to burn off more than you consume. It's really very easy. |

I tried the james zeta diet...
Well I did for a couple days and found out that I was allergic tomatoes and couldnt continue. I emailed James Zeta and he sent me an alternative plan (without any disgusting food in it,no tomatoes, no prune juices, no string beans etc). It's the 12lbs in 4 day diet.
It worked well for me and I'm just marginally over weight.
I just wondered if anyone could give me tips on how to maintain the weight loss, I've been eating healthy but I'm sooo paranoid about putting the weight back on even quicker (especially with all these christmas parties coming up) |

| Do Not Purchase the so called book which only consists of 11 pages, and it is not in book format. I purchased the papers and found that 7 years ago a 3-Day Diet was put out by a company that included it in with the pills for weight loss. Go to any weight loss site and you'll get the same information that he is REPEATING on his site for $27.00. Want to talk, email me: softsider@aol.com |
