Please guys; don’t fall for this kind of rubbish. It is impossible to burn more than 2-3 pounds of actual body fat in a whole week, let alone 14lbs in 4 days. The weight that comes off will mostly be muscle and water. And, you will almost certainly put the weight back on, plus a little extra, as your body goes into starvation mode. Sensible diet, consisting of complex carbs, protein and essential fats, coupled with a good exercise regime is the only way to lose weight long term.
I know how desperate we can be for a quick fix, but I urge you not to waste your cash on shysters like this. |

Hi everyone,
I tried the diet and loss 12 in 3 days, by the 4th day lost 4 more so 17 pounds total in 4 days. Its not bad at all.the only thing that was tough on me was the breakfast, but you get used to it. After all it is only 4 days, so it cant be all that bad. After I paid, I had the diet downloaded in a few minutes. Its a great quick fix.Highly recommend it , good luck. |

i would like to try the james zeta diet. who ever has the diet should post it on the forum since he obviously has tried to screw over honest people who weren't satisfied with his product! |
